做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
