做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
