做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
