做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
