做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
