做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
