做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
