做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。
