做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
