做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
