做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
