做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
