做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
