做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
