做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
