做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
