做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
