做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
