做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
