做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
