做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
