做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
