做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
