做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
