做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
