做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
