做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
