做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
