做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。
