做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
