做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
