做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
