做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
