做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
