做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
