做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
