做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
