做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
