做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
