做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
