做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
