做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
