做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
