做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
