做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
