做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
