做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
