做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
