做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
