做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
